About

I build and run e-commerce channels with full P&L responsibility. My work lives at the intersection of commercial strategy, data analysis, and operational execution — not in any single one of them.

I have managed direct channels in food, luxury design, and health supplements. I have run paid media budgets, CRM programs, logistics negotiations, and pricing decisions — sometimes in the same week. The common thread is an obsession with finding the real lever, not the obvious one.

Before moving into e-commerce, I spent years in advertising as a digital art director at Armando Testa, Saatchi & Saatchi, and Publicis Sapient. That background shaped how I think about communication, experience design, and the distance between what a brand says and what a customer actually does.

Ho gestito canali diretti nel food, nel design di lusso e negli integratori. Ho gestito budget media, programmi CRM, trattative logistiche e decisioni di pricing — spesso nella stessa settimana. Il filo comune e' l'ossessione per trovare la leva giusta, non quella ovvia.

Prima dell'e-commerce, ho lavorato per anni in pubblicita' come digital art director in agenzie come Armando Testa, Saatchi & Saatchi e Publicis Sapient. Quella formazione ha plasmato il modo in cui penso alla comunicazione, alla customer experience e alla distanza tra cio' che un brand dice e cio' che il cliente fa davvero.
